Each item is tested before we ship it to make sure that it is working properly.
Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:

We ship within Canada using Canada Post Standard Shipping. We strive to ship out your order within 1 business day. Orders may ship in several packages.
Orders are packaged discreetly, in unmarked boxes or padded envelopes with plain mailing labels.
Orders $69 and over (before tax) are eligible for Free Shipping. Packages are shipped with Canada Post Expedited Parcel and should arrive within 1-9 business days after payment is complete.

Store/Curbside Pick-up - We do our very best to have your order ready for pick-up within 3 hours, if not sooner! We will notify you via email when your order is ready. Once you receive your pick-up confirmation, head to the store during business hours to pick up your order. Should you need immediate assistance, call our store for customer service. To pick up your order, you will need a copy of the receipt and photo ID is required. Check SPAM folder for order confirmation. Pick-up address is 4855 Tecumseh Road East, WINDSOR.
Orders must be picked up within 30 days, after 30 days the order will be deemed abandoned and Sinsations Adult Boutique assumes no responsibility for the goods. There is no credit or refund on abandoned orders.
